What's a "seat"?
One seat is one active realtor on your team. Pricing is a base platform fee plus a per-seat rate, so you pay for the agents actually using the AI team.
What's included in the AI team?
Solo includes the core roster (Lead Engagement, Buyer Specialist, Listing & Deal Desk, Marketing, Social Media, Transaction Coordinator). Team and Brokerage add Research, Knowledge Base, and an orchestrating Executive Assistant — the full nine.
Do new AI agents cost extra?
No. The roster is all-access — when we ship a new specialist, it's added to your team automatically at no additional cost.
How does AI voice calling work?
Each seat includes a generous AI-call allotment. Usage beyond the allotment is metered near cost — so power-callers never turn a great month into a surprise.
