Privacy Policy

RealtyPilot is a real-estate operations platform operated by Dell AI Agency LLC (“RealtyPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company located at 1531 Inspiration Dr, Apt 1044, Dallas, TX 75207. We collect information you or your real estate agent provide and information generated as you use the service, including:

• Contact information — name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number you provide to your agent or through a RealtyPilot form.
• Transaction and inquiry details — properties you ask about, showing and appointment activity, and messages exchanged with your agent.
• Usage and device data — log data, device and browser information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We use your information to:

• provide, operate, and improve the RealtyPilot service;
• communicate with you on behalf of your real estate agent — including by SMS text message where you have consented (see the SMS section below);
• schedule and follow up on showings and appointments;
• respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

RealtyPilot, on behalf of your real estate agent, may send you SMS text messages related to property showings, feedback requests, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your real estate inquiry.

How you opt in. You consent to receive these messages in one of the following ways: (a) by submitting an inquiry through a RealtyPilot lead form that includes an explicit SMS-consent checkbox; (b) by replying YES to a one-time opt-in request text; or (c) by giving verbal or written consent directly to your agent, which is recorded in RealtyPilot. We do not send marketing texts before you consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (we also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT), or by any other reasonable means, and we will stop sending messages. We process opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@realtypilot.ai.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service: with your real estate agent and their brokerage; with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting, email, and our SMS provider) under confidentiality obligations and solely to provide their services to us; and where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@realtypilot.ai. You can opt out of text messages at any time as described in the SMS section above.

RealtyPilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
