Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RealtyPilot, a service operated by Dell AI Agency LLC (“RealtyPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, or by providing your mobile number to your agent or through a RealtyPilot form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

RealtyPilot provides software that helps real estate agents and brokerages manage leads, showings, client communication, and related transaction workflows. Agents use RealtyPilot to communicate with their clients and prospects, including by email and SMS text message.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or by violating any applicable law or carrier requirement.

By providing your mobile number to your agent or through a RealtyPilot form, you agree to receive recurring automated and agent-initiated SMS messages from your real estate agent via RealtyPilot at the number provided (property showings, feedback requests, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your real estate inquiry). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel (we also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT) and HELP for help, or contact support@realtypilot.ai. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means; we process opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details about how we handle your information, including mobile data, see our Privacy Policy — mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dell AI Agency LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
